4. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
Users are solely responsible for the content they upload, store, or share. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, copyrighted without authorization, malicious, abusive, obscene, defamatory, or that violates the privacy or rights of others. Uploading malware, spyware, ransomware, or harmful code is strictly prohibited.

5. Content Ownership
Users retain full ownership of their uploaded files. By uploading content, you grant Sendferry a limited, non-exclusive, temporary license to store and transmit the files solely to operate the service. Sendferry does not claim ownership of user content.

6. File Storage and Retention
Files are stored temporarily according to the selected plan. Once the retention period expires, files are automatically and permanently deleted. Sendferry is not responsible for expired links, accidental deletions, or loss of data.

7. Paid Plans and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed based on the chosen plan and duration. Prices may change for new users or renewals. Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Abuse of plans may result in suspension or termination.

8. Advertisements and Monetization
Sendferry may display or trigger advertisements using third-party advertising networks. Ads may appear during uploads, downloads, or other interactions. Sendferry does not control or endorse third-party advertisements and is not responsible for their content.

9. Service Availability
Sendferry aims for high uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues. Usage limits may be enforced to protect system stability.

10. Suspension and Termination
Sendferry reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, or restrict access without notice if these terms are violated or if required by law.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including availability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability
Sendferry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or revenue. Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.
